1. Trade Pricing & Commercial Confidentiality
AP Jewellers enforces strict information gating to protect wholesale margins for retail jewellers. Wholesale price points, tiered making charges, and bullion volume discounts are accessible exclusively to authenticated, verified B2B accounts. Customer quotes, proforma invoices, and billing histories are never disclosed to third parties.
2. Proprietary Custom CAD & OEM Non-Disclosure
All 3D CAD models, STL/3DM design files, and gemstone specifications submitted through the Custom Manufacturing intake console are protected under our Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Custom master molds and silicone production matrices remain the exclusive intellectual property of the commissioning client and will never be reproduced in public collections.
3. Corporate KYC Records & Data Storage
Retailer registration data (including GSTIN, PAN, trade licenses, and audited turnover certificates) is stored in encrypted enterprise databases solely for regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering (AML) governance, and trade credit assessment.
